Each time you use our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. www.ashleighhair.co.uk is owned and operated by Ashleigh Hair and is made available through the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions below apply all customers that use, and purchase products through this website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use any part of this web site. Ashleigh Hair shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this website. Whilst we endeavor to give you the best advice over the phone and via email, the company will not be held responsible for any disparity in colour matching.

Description and price of our products

We have taken care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. However there may be slight variations in items e.g colour. All information given on this website is done to the best ability possible. If there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact our customer services team through our online contact form. Images are for illustrative purposes only, we have made sure to display colours as accurate as possible, yet we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours will match the Colour in real life. We ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. If an error on the pricing of a product is found we can cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due, or refund any over-payment made by you. We can alter all products pricing without notice at any moment in time.

Ashleigh Hair give you no permission to access and use any of its contents from their website. You cannot reproduce/re-use any of the content for commercial purposes. You acknowledge that the copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property in regards to this website any and all information on this website belongs to Ashleigh Hair.

 

 

Placing orders

If you place an order with us through our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order, if any errors are made please correct these at the checkout. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when payment is sent by your to us. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment, postage or services carried out on your client, if hair is faulty, only a refund on the price paid. We reserve the right to cancel orders made with regards to errors in pricing.

 

Payment

Payment will need to taken before delivery. If payment fails your order will not shipped and may even be cancelled. Order will only be shipped once payment has been received. Payment online: Our secure server software that we use for online payment is PayPal, which encrypts all your payment card details. PayPal encrypts all of the information, allowing no unauthorized third party to intercept the data. All information provided by you will be treated securely to meet with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please be aware when using PayPal as your we reserve the right to not ship to an unconfirmed addresses.

 

Delivery

We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package/item does not appear to be to a correct standard then please refuse the delivery. Once items have been posted it will be the courier who is liable for their delivery, if delivery is not met by the estimated timescale, this will need to be raised with the courier, who may allow up to 2 weeks before a claim for loss and damage can be made.

 

 Business and trade orders

The Products are at your responsibly when they have been delivered. Business customer must store our hair extensions separately from all your other hair extensions and third party products, so that they remain readily identifiable as our brand. Do not destroy, deface or obscure any packaging or product, that will infringe on our reputation.

 (c) If you in any way change any of the Products, we reserve the right to stop stocking you, as well as perusing you in regards to a criminal offence.

 

Website alterations

Ashleigh Hair may at any time make alterations or withdraw this website. This also including changes prices, Colours and products that are available.

 

Discount Codes

Discount codes are not valid on sale items. Multiple codes cannot be used.

 

RETURNS

We strictly do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our retail hair range, due to health and safety regulations, exceptions will apply to faulty good only on delivery.

Once the hair has been used or fitted its is no longer ashleigh hairs responsibility, we are not liable for the aftercare and condition of the hair once it has been fitted and used.

Ashleigh hair are not responsible for any Colour matching when hair is bought via our website, you as an individual or stylist are accepting the Colour by purchasing the hair, and product details given by your stylist, we will not be liable after the hair has been fitted, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made after the hair has been bought and fitted.

Ashleigh hair do not offer refunds on Colours that have been bought incorrectly.

We recommend not colouring the extensions, if you choose to Colour the extension that will be at your own risk, ashleigh hair will not be liable, also by colouring the hair you will invalidate any warrantee given.

Hair ordered online or sent out via post will not be refundable unless faulty. We do not take responsibility for hair ordered if it has been ordered in the wrong colour, style or length.

We do not take responsibility for any damage to your own hair caused by products bought from Ashleigh hair.

We do not guarantee the use of our hair extensions whilst on holiday/in warmer climates for various reasons, including discolouration of the hair when coming into contact with swimming pool chlorine and the hair drying out through excess heat. We strongly advise all customers using hair extensions avoid both chlorine and sea water as this can damage hair and hair colour.

Any colouring of extensions is done entirely at the customer’s own risk and we will not test, refund or exchange any extensions that have been coloured, dyed or tinted.

 

Synthetic hair

Heat up to 160 degrees can be applied to the heat fiber hair extensions, however we recommend not applying heat as this may cause the hair to become damaged and matt.

Heat fiber hair cannot be coloured.

We strictly do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our retail hair range, due to health and safety regulations, exceptions will apply to faulty good only on delivery.

Virgin Hand Tied Wefts

Please DO NOT cut the virgin wefts, as these are hand tied, if you cut the wefts it will break how the weft has been made, if this is done we will not be liable for the damage caused to the hair extensions and the lose of hair, the hair wefts on average come 10/11” wide so please measure the width of the temple before order, if special measurements are required please get in touch.

Virgin hair can be coloured, please have this done by a professional, also take note all colouring and chemical processing will damage the hair extensions just like it would your own hair, this may shorten the hair lifespan.
